Covid 19 Pandemic

I continue to monitor the government guidelines.
As the lockdown rules ease I am now able to offer face to face counselling with some practical precautions.

Since the lockdown in March 2020 I have been offering Telephone or Online Video Conferencing.

Having completed a risk assessment I am still unable to offer

Face to Face Counselling

once again for those who would prefer it.

In agreement with government guidelines, we will be adhering to procedures which include:

  • Social Distancing - the seating is placed about 6 feet apart.

  • Sanitising - all soft furnishings have been removed and all surfaces are cleaned between clients

  • Physical Contact - we will avoid all physical contact and hand sanitiser will be freely available and used.

  • Face Coverings - we will be using masks or visors and perhaps have a break mid-session if necessary.

  • Hand Washing - paper towels are available in the rest area should you need to use it.

  • Track & Trace - your temperature (and mine) will be taken and recorded under a confidential code and kept for 21 days.

Should you have come into contact with someone who has, or is suspected to have Coronavirus, or if you are experiencing symptoms yourself, you will need to inform me and follow the government guidelines of self-isolation and seek medical advice.

Should I experience symptoms myself, I will inform you, go into self-isolation and seek medical advice.
